Sweet Classes

Our sweet classes include a high tea lunch, to be enjoyed after class. The tea sandwiches, scones and shortbread, the delicate organic tea – let’s not forget the cheese selection – Yum!

Dinner Classes

All classes begin with an amuse bouche as it’s never good to learn on an empty stomach. The first course will be soup or a salad followed by the class dinner, finishing with dessert. Coffee and tea will also be offered.

Food Inspired has a limit on class size – in order to follow the health regulation protocols. 6 people may be booked at one time.

In the event that the class size does not reach a minimum booking of 3, the class will be rescheduled or refunded.

Fresh Pasta

Homemade pasta can be tricky – but it’s so worth the trouble. You will create a lovely tagliatelle pasta to take home with you. This pasta freezes beautifully! This course offers two sauces to accompany your meal, along with a Caesar salad as a starter, and a chicken breast and fresh garlic bread. What a combo!! Dessert is a surprise . . . . . you won’t be disappointed!

Thanksgiving Sides

While the turkey is arguably the center of attention at the Thanksgiving table, the sides are just as important! Chef Foley will guide you through the techniques of some of his favorite Thanksgiving side dishes to accompany the main course. The class format is demonstration, but there will be plenty of time for Q&A, and you’ll go home with a complete set of recipes from the evening.

Little Bites

Just in time for casual entertaining. Eight different mini bites for everyone to taste. Mango and black beans, Hawaiian meatballs, grilled flatbread with blue cheese, mini Yorkshire’s, anti pasta ( class in the fall) charcuterie and our Woodstock cheeses)vening.

Chicken Parmigiana & Fresh Noodles

Tomato sauce infused with fresh oregano and fresh garlic on top of a lovely garlic/lemon chicken breast smothered in grated parmigiana, served over egg noodles. A salad starter and a desert to finish your meal . . . . .  absolutely delicious.
