Beef Stroganoff- November 10th
This is a Russian dish of sautéed pieces of beef served in a sauce with sour cream, butter, garlic, wine, onions and mushrooms. It is a fabulous dish that is served over noodles (freshly made in class). Our starters for this class will include a crudité and a variety of cheeses and crackers. Desert will be light and flavorful!
