My Thai- November 7th
Linda Stephen, retired owner of Linda’s Country Kitchen cooking school and former instructor at the Bonnie Stern School of Cooking, savours all things Thai. Thai food wakens all the senses with it’s zestful flavors. It is colorful, fresh and generally light. Whether mild or spicy, diners seemed to be energized when they eat Thai food. This “My Thai” class includes a couple of quick appetizers, a soup or salad, a noodle dish, a curry dish and a dessert. Please be aware that nuts and seafood will be served in this class.
